Assessment Progress Management
Company can set and manage the assessment status of every employee in the organization with one-click on the “Action” button, you can filter and view employee’s, Assessor’s, verifier’s and Coach’s Assessment Plan, IDP follow up, editing IDP and notifying employee with their latest updates via email (with one click).
Individual Development Planning (IDP)
Once the assessment is concluded both, Line Manager &/or Employee, are able to set a development plan for the employee.
CompetencySet IDP also allows you to create a development plan for an early-career engineer or newly hired operator/technician.
