(1) University Graduates/Fresh O&T Graduates:
Enarat University Graduate Development Framework (DFW) defines the competency standards required for the post holder to perform his/her job effectively and safely. Three (3) main Assessment Chapters “Core Competencies, Supporting Competencies, General and Behavioral Competencies” based on four proficiency levels of each competency unit /chapter:

Assessment of this layer focuses on evaluating the evidence prepared by the candidates as real tasks of their routine work. CompetencySet provides online assessment levels:

(2) Front-Line Operations and Maintenance Technicians
Front-line Operations and Maintenance Technicians, O&T’s (Operators/Technicians), Senior Operators/Technicians, and Supervisors competency development frameworks (DFWs) are specifically designed to suit the front-line nature of work. Assessment of this layer, O&M frontline personnel, focuses on observing candidates carrying-out their routine activities. In addition to, the assessment of their Knowledge about the available equipment on site, Skills on using equipment, HSE Knowledge & Procedures Applications and Utilization, plus Soft Skills.
